Hello

I have been a self-employed Holistic Therapist for 15 years and it took a while for me to really find my niche.

I tried the high end skin care treatments and retail but found larger companies want to micro manage you and the cost of maintaining the equipment alone was too much pressure.

I nearly caved to peer pressure and trained in Injectables as I thought that was what I had to do to allow my business to thrive even though the thought of advanced aesthetics scared me.

It turns out it wasn't the route I needed at all.

I needed to be true to myself and stick to what I knew best and what my clients loved most which is 'hands on' body treatments.

I regularly attended training courses costing £400 a day as I searched out the ‘perfect treatments’ but often left feeling deflated as I hadn't really been taught anything new, maybe a 10-minute massage routine at best.

That is why I decided to stop spending on courses I didn't benefit from and started to put my own routines together instead.

No machines, no advanced aesthetics, just relaxing, calming, mind clearing 'me time'.

And I want to share them with as many people as possible so you can create a treatment list that both you and your clients love and hopes you maximise your profit.

Learn with me

I have put together three different massage routines that you can learn step-by-step and start offering them to your clients straight away.

Each technique offers something different, and as well as a relaxing hands-on experience, there are real benefits that the clients will notice - sometimes after just one session.

First up is the Chinese acupressure face massage, which helps with, but is not limited to the following:-

  • Improved skin elasticity

  • Reduced appearance of wrinkles

  • Even skin tone and smoother skin

  • Brighter luminous skin

  • Improves eye bags/ dark circles

  • Minimise pores

Facial acupressure can also benefit sensory organs, so along with brighter and clearer skin, you can also expect brighter eyes and clearer sinuses.

The Japanese facial massage is designed to lift and tone, and helps with, but is not limited to the following:-

  • Lymphatic boost

  • Brow lift

  • Cheekbone definer

  • Smooth necklines

  • Jawline enhancer

  • Under-eye puff drainage.

The Tibetan style face and scalp massage brings balance and harmony to the mind, body and soul.

It supports the body’s natural ability to heal itself and the benefits include, but are not limited to:-

  • Improved hair and scalp condition

  • Promoted hair growth

  • Promoted relaxation and increased endorphin production

  • Relieves minor headaches

  • Aids lymphatic drainage and the elimination of toxins

Each workshop is £47 or you can get all three for £94.
